1. Facilities Supervisor

Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the building sites, related projects grounds and associated equipment. Oversees the Facilities staff and different areas such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, safety and waste management.

Being a Facilities Supervisor tracks facility service requests and ensures requests are completed withing an established timeline and of superior standard. Scheduled and ensures completion of preventative maintenance. Additionally, the Facilities Supervisor maintains a safe and effective working environment. Trains team on policies and procedures. Will coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. May also a level above a Supervisor within high-volume administrative/production environments. Has to be comfortable making day-to-day decisions. Thorough knowledge of customer service, functional departments and can actually apply hands-on knowledge to the job itself.

2. Public Attendants

Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleans rooms, hallways and restrooms.

Public areas are the common places and facilitates accessible to in house guest and non-resident guest. … Since most of the public areas are highly traffic areahousekeeping maintains a deep cleaning schedule for those areas at night and regular cleaning and maintenance during the day time.

3. Sales Associate

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with Clients and providing outstanding customer service. Operating and managing financial transactions. Selling customers to Real Estate.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

4. Accounts Assistants

Provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. As well as helping the manager, Accounts Assistants also deal with customers and external suppliers and vendors.
